If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it within 14 days.  Refunds will be returned in check form.

Please note: Custom made, personalized items and sale items are not returnable. Furniture and Baby/Toddler Car seat covers are subject to manufacture's rules if returned.  Please review return policy for these items prior to purchase which is located on the bottom of their description section.

Please return items within 14 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacture's tag attached and in the orginal packaging. Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping may apply to returned items.

If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. If it is not done prior to the delivery truck leaving we will not be able to repair or replace the damaged item. Some companies ask that you do not accept the shipment if there has been damage. After placing order we will email you directions for receiving the shipment. If you would like the information prior to placing order please email us an we will be more than happy to send it to you. We will do our best to work with the manufacture and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.

Please email desire to return to sales@monpetitcanard.com in order for us to track your return and give you a prompt refund. After receiving your return we will email you a confirmation of your refund. 

After emailing us please mail your return and copy of your invoice to Mon Petit Canard, 1005 Llano Trace, Irving, Texas 75063

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to Mon Petit Canard at your own cost.


If your item appears to have been damaged during shipping, kindly contact us immediately at sales@monpetitcanard.com Please retain all packaging so that it may be inspected in the event of a claim. It is imperative that you contact us within 7 days of delivery of damaged goods or we cannot process a claim.
